Forklift Reach Driver

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join our clients team based in Telford. Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 Friday: 08:30 - 16:00 About the Role: We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join our clients dynamic and busy team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Stock Management: Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely, maintaining accurate stock levels through regular stock control and stock taking. Order Preparation: Pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Documentation: Accurately complete documentation to maintain stock levels and ensure smooth operations. Loading and Unloading: Unload containers and incoming deliveries, ensuring timely and safe handling of goods. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and floorspace clean and tidy, adhering to safety standards. Manual Handling: Engage in physical activities as part of the warehousing duties, ensuring safe manual handling practices. Requirements: Experience: Previous recent experience using a reach forklift truck is essential. In-house licenses will be considered. Additional Skills: Counterbalance forklift experience is advantageous. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual handling and physical activities as part of the role.
