Senior Quantity Surveyor
Manchester
£70,000 - £80,000 per annum + car/allowance

The Opportunity
One of the largest schemes in the south Manchester suburbs is coming soon and our client, a well established family run business needs a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function on it.
This is 3 years secure work on a major scheme with responsibility and control. Fancy it?
The company made a their name in housing and heritage refurbishment breaking projects UK wide over £50M in phased developments. They have a reputation for high-quality project delivery having delivered successfully across many of the region s schemes. They look after & train their staff to the highest standards and processes within construction.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have the opportunity to run a prestigious residential scheme based in Manchester. The project is a mid ise residential, steel frame project. This scheme offers 3 years of security on this site alone.
