Due to expansion I am working on behalf of a Rushden client who is looking for skilled Machine Operators. Once you are fully trained, you will be required to work rotating days/night shifts, 7am - 7pm and then 7pm - 7am
On a daily basis you are likely to be involved in:-
- Setting up and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Whilst training you will be working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm. Once comfortable you will then be working the rotating shifts as outlined above.
- Operating and monitoring machinery
- Conducting regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machinery as they arise.
- Collaborating with the production team to meet production targets.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
What we need from you:-
- Proficiency in machinery setup
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and work with industrial equipment.
- Confident in the use of hand tools for machine adjustments.
- Capability to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Join the team as a setter and contribute to our manufacturing operations by utilising your skills in machinery setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
