3 month Interim Marketing Executive

Hybrid - 2 days a week in West End Office

£15 - £16ph PAYE


We are delighted to be working with a prestigious Royal Society as they continue to grow and they have an exciting interim position within their marketing team. This organisation is dedicated to the personal development of medical professionals.


Why do we need your help?


As an interim Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the delivery and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns to strengthen their market presence and help achieve business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams using various marketing channels to generate new business leads, hit enrolment/revenue targets, and support member retention.


What will you be responsible for?


Strategic Planning

- Implement marketing and communications plans to achieve the company's lead and revenue-generating business goals.


Campaign Execution

- Oversee and support the execution of marketing campaigns with a focus on non-member lead generatio, enrolments for learning courses and programmes and retention of existing members.

- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary improvements to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives.


Data Management

- Effectively segment and target member data, identifying key prospects for campaigns.


Analysis, Reporting, and Optimisation

- Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver insights to optimise future campaigns for better engagement and conversions.

- Support Marketing Manager in tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaigns for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting.


Copywriting

- Produce and support in the review and sign-off of compelling and high-converting copy for marketing collateral.


Website Maintenance

- Support website updates, ensuring content is accurate, SEO-friendly, and optimised for user engagement while adhering to corporate brand guidelines.


Social Media Management

- Work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.


What skills, knowledge and experience will you need to thrive in your new role?


- Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, and copywriting.

- Experience with database management and segmentation.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in content scheduling tools.

- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.



Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles, with demonstrable experience in lead generation, copywriting, and producing and executing marketing strategies.
