Telesales Executive Bristol £22,000-£25,000 D.O.E. plus up to £10k commission Full time Monday-Friday Our client are searching for Telesales Executives to join their expanding team. The Role: Using the firms extensive CRM system to engage with existing customers and recent enquirers over the phone to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers, and handing over potential customers to the internal specialists to conclude the deal if required Collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process The Person Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools or engineering industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets Positive attitude Desirables: Strong technical knowledge of engineering, machine tools and their applications Customer Management System experience We operate from several prime locations in the area and are likely to have an office right near you.
