Auto Electrician Location: Hinckley Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Overtime available on Saturdays. Salary: £40,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our client’s team in Hinckley. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio systems in a range of vehicles. You will ensure that installations meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards while delivering excellent customer service. The Role: * Install and configure audio systems in vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with vehicle audio systems. * Run wiring and connect components such as speakers, amplifiers, head units, and cameras. * Mount and secure audio equipment in vehicles. * Test audio systems to ensure proper functionality and sound quality. * Advise customers on suitable audio components for their vehicles. * Stay current with the latest audio technology and industry trends. * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain a clean and organised work area. * Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during installations. Experience & Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is preferable. * Proven ability to install and troubleshoot vehicle audio systems. * Strong knowledge of audio components and wiring. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
