Pub General Manager

Winners Recruitment have an exciting new role for an experienced Pub/ Restaurant General Manager to join a popular establishment near Truro. Working for a successful pub company that has a busy trade all year round, you will play your part in providing excellent hospitality within Cornwall. This is a busy hands-on role assisting the directors in the day-to-day operations of a busy and versatile environment therefore you must have experience within a high turnover environment and must be productive and self-motivated. The role will be to take control of the Front of house and invest time with the team ensuring to keep up the high standard for service, as well as managing letting bedrooms and kitchen team. Candidates with local market awareness would be desirable and able to promote the business through social media platforms.
