Estimator groundworks

JLL are currently recruiting for an Estimator (intermediate or senior) for a groundworks and infrastructure company based in North Kent. Company Vehicle or Allowance provided, pension scheme, phone, laptop. £70,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience Estimator requirements: Dealing with all Pre-Qualification enquiries from various sources, databases, advertisements, and referrals Undertaking considered tender evaluation to ensure that the company can carry out the work involved Communicate with Designers/Customer for clarification of project Scope of Work Attend site surveys Negotiating Costs Production of budget costs by detailed cost breakdown Happy to travel to sites and attend client meetings Education: HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or similar TPBN1_UKTJ
