Senior Billing & Collections Specialist

Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced Senior eBilling Specialist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The Senior eBilling Specialist will be responsible for ensuring ebilled transactions are successfully submitted and approved, as well as providing support to the wider Billing & Collections Team. Managing submission of ebills for designated business unit/location/platform. Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate building rate cards and client templates. Supporting the billing and finance teams with rate-related queries. Drive analysis of client, matter and portfolio reporting. Oversee short payment process and coordinate appeal audits and transactions.
