We growing And we are hiring for a part time / full time Paid Media Lead. This is initially a 3 month contract, with the strong potential for this to move to full time. We are looking for a Paid Specialist who’s a proactive problem solver, great team player, super organised, analytical and has lots of experience activating media campaigns. Our Paid Media Lead will be an integral part of our CS & Strategy teams, and this role will be the paid expert in the agency, strategizing, executing and reporting on a full funnel of digital marketing strategies to drive business-specific goals on behalf of our clients, as well as supporting client relationships and new business efforts. We need you to have experience: Building media plans that include audience targeting, channel weighting, budgets, KPIs, forecasting and formats, with clear rationale Executing and optimising live, cross-channel paid media campaigns with budgets of over £50K Auditing and analysing campaign data to support the development of media strategies and optimisations Providing insights and recommendations to clients based on the activity that you are running Confidently producing reporting documentation and analysis of Paid activity Delivering proven results and impact on behalf of B2C clients Feeding into internal and client process for best-in-class Paid Media execution in an agency environment Communicating with clients, platforms and other third parties Understanding all key Paid language and best practices Working across multiple clients, on multiple campaigns simultaneously Monitoring media buying strategies and keeping up to date with industry research, audience and distribution figures. Support the creation of testing and learning roadmaps, ongoing data analysis, and presenting results and insights for our brand partners and internal teams. Spotting and identifying new opportunities, testing, learning and maximizing performance.
