Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist, open to experience but you should be passionate or have experience within Life Science. We are a new mission driven company that works within human care, computational biology! We have a data Science Strategy, its broken down into 5 areas, Data Prep, Data Analysis and modelling, Technical Support and collaboration, Research and Innovation and Documentation and communications - once you apply, we can explore what this looks like more in detail. What we want to see; You are already in a Data Science/Machine Learning role already, and if you have experience with statistical analysis, preferably in the healthcare ore life science domain, we will want to speak with you. Proficient with Python OR R with experience in Data manipulation, and modelling libraries such as Pandas, PyTocrch, Scikit-Learn. Bachelors or Masters Degree - Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Familiar with Cloud computing, GCP is highly desired. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) At least 1 - 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling Fluency in a programming language (Python, OR R) Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
