The role: The primary function of a sales and retention executive is to support with the increasing customer base and to service clients to the highest of standards To represent customers' interests, provide unbiased advice and distinctive unparalleled customer service Promoting and selling plans to prospective customers Contacting and securing new business accounts/customers Retaining existing clients You are required to work on both internal and external processes as well as being able to communicate properly with visitors, external companies, partners, and providers Contact prospect clients who have enquired via the websites Discuss (through the phone or/and in person) with potential customers their requirements Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers Efficient use of the Company CRM system Expedite the resolution of customer problem and complaints Assist prospect customers throughout the sales process Assist with queries, administration, and paperwork Coordinate with the administration team for the processing of applications and paperwork from when the application is received up until completion of payment Coordinate with internal teams when needed Identify advantages products/services Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, and interests if needed As a key component of the Team, you need to have: Fluent Italian both written and verbal Understands the importance of consultative sales Self-motivated with a positive attitude Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines IT Literate A methodical approach and problem-solving skills Communication and interpersonal skills Work location – Farnborough Reporting to: Sales Manager Full time, permanent Salary £25,000.
