As we are passionate about developing our people from within, great training is provided, we do not look for experience, we need a good attitude and the willingness to learn.What you'll be doingLeadership:Deliver consistent quality in planning and execution of eventsDemonstrate established company solutions to ensure consistency, quality and efficiencyLead catering team to ensure quality in final presentation of foodTrain and lead employees to ensure knowledge of food menus and promotional calendarsReward and recognise employeesMonitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Plan and execute team meetings and daily huddlesComplete and maintain all staff records including training records, schedules and performance dataClient Relationship:Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually effective business relationshipsDemonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard modelImplement communication strategy as provided by marketing team in order to build catering revenueFinancial Performance:Responsible for delivering food and labour targetsDevelop and execute strategies to achieve catering revenue forecastsEfficiency:Responsible for executing catering events of wide-ranging size and scope, including staffing and managementEnsure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables. Coordinate activities with other departments as appropriateCompliance:Ensure compliance with Aramark food, occupational and environmental safety policies in all culinary and kitchen operations.Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour.Key RequirementsThis opportunity is best suited to someone who has worked in the hospitality or retail space and is looking for either a step up or someone operating at this level.Experience A DBS check will be required to complete your application Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food safety level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety.
