Job Requirements / Description
This varied role will ensure the smooth running of the administration function. In this friendly and close-knit team you will be the main point of contact for all incoming enquiries to the company.
* Provide clerical and administrative support to office and accounts staff
* Manage office communications and correspondence efficiently
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Processing Invoices on Sage
* Assist with the day to day banking of the business
* Utilise accounting software to process financial data
* Assist with purchasing and liaise with suppliers
* Managing incoming post and ensuring that queries are allocated to the correct department
* Preparing reports and spreadsheets
Experience
* Skilled user of Microsoft office packages
* At least 2 years office administration support
* Good telephone manner
* Proficient with numbers and a willingness to learn Sage is essential
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 3:30pm
Salary: 25k / £26k
Annual Leave: 30 days
