This is a really exciting role that requires excellent SEO knowledge and the ability to take ownership of key client accounts.Located in Regency Cheltenham, we work with clients nationwide and internationally to get them to the top of search engines - whether it’s a full service SEO package, PPC strategy, or digital PR.The RoleDevelop and executive SEO strategies tailored to your clients objectivesCollaborate with internal teams and extended marketing teams of your clients to ensure the seamless implementation of their search strategyConsistently monitor client performance and produce detailed monthly reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and rankings through a range of tools such as SE Rankings, SEMrush, GALead client comms and present your excellent results to key stakeholdersContinuously optimise SEO campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices to drive organic search visibility and trafficManage and mentor your SEO Executives and Associates, delegating tasks effectivelyKeeping up with the changing SEO landscape and educating the team to improve overall performance and successKey Skills We Look ForA drive for results, and a proactive attitudeStrong experience of working to client KPI’sSomeone with long terms goals that wants to grow the agency and be a part of something biggerFluent in a range of tools such as GA, GSC, SEMrush, SErankingsStrong communication and interpersonal skills3 years SEO experience (preferably agency experience)The PackageAn awesome team of friendly and committed experts25 days annual leave (plus a day off on your birthday!)Christmas week offAdditional 1 day holiday every year after two years (up to 30 days)4 wellbeing days each yearVitality health subscriptionHuge scope to progress and make the role your ownOpportunity to be semi remote (required to be in the office 2-3 days a week)Salary between £40-50k depending on experienceWhat happens nowYou send us your CV along with a brief message highlighting why you think this role is for you.Initially, we'd invite you in for an initial interview (30 mins max), we're flexible and can see you before or after work, even during your lunch hour if possible.
