ABOUT YOUR ROLE We're currently seeking a seasoned Managing Director with a keen interest in managing our entire UK operations independently with an entrepreneurial mindset . The Managing Director requires 10 years of experience. This role is directly responsible for all of our UK client relationships and account success/profitability. In this role, the Managing Director dynamically commands their respective part of the business, contributing to the UK operations and execution. Success in this role will require maintaining high client satisfaction with minimal turnover and will play a key role in the Jack Taylor global team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and grow Jack Taylor PR’s presence in the UK market, driving new business development, outreach, and relationship-building with clients. Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies tailored to UK-based clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives. Collaborate closely with our senior leadership team and the Middle East Managing Director to ensure cross-market synergy. Build and maintain strong relationships with UK media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders, ensuring impactful media coverage and client visibility. Manage and collaborate with our UK-based team (a sister agency), ensuring high-quality output. Oversee client strategy and ensure exceptional service delivery, supporting ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Drive business development initiatives through proactive outreach and lead generation, capitalizing on opportunities in the UK market. Provide insight and guidance on local market trends and competitive positioning, contributing to the agency's global growth strategy. ABOUT YOU 10 years of experience in public relations, with a strong track record in the UK market. Sports, fitness, health and wellness vertical experience a plus. Expertise in developing and executing PR strategies that deliver measurable results. Proven success in managing and growing client relationships in new markets, particularly within corporate and consumer sectors. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating across global markets. Excellent media relations skills, with an established network of UK-based journalists and influencers. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the US-based HQ and other international teams.
