E-commerce Manager | Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Aesthetic Medical Company Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days WFH) Are you an experienced E-commerce Manager looking for a new challenge within the dynamic field of aesthetic medicine? Our client, a market leader in aesthetic medical products and treatments, is seeking a talented E-commerce Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing two key websites, driving e-commerce success, and improving user experience for both B2B and B2C audiences. As an E-commerce Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure both websites are effectively managed and optimised to support business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team and external partners to enhance website performance and drive conversions. Overseeing the day-to-day management of two e-commerce websites Keeping all product, promotion, and content updates current and engaging Monitoring performance, resolving technical issues, and continuously improving site functionality Collaborating with the Content Executive and SEO agency to optimize content and drive organic traffic Developing strategies to increase conversion rates, average order values, and lead generation for the sales team Ensuring seamless website architecture and security, working with developers and third-party tools Analyzing website data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization Managing redesign and development projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery To excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience in managing e-commerce websites, ideally within the aesthetics or beauty sector Strong understanding of SEO, e-commerce best practices, and digital marketing strategies Project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and stakeholders Familiarity with the aesthetics or skincare industry is a plus Our client offers a competitive benefits package including a company pension, hybrid working model, annual bonus scheme, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), staff discounts, regular social events, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
