Then this may be the role for you! Our client is looking for an operator to join their team and be responsible for overseeing the coordination and monitoring of all Ocean Exports. This role will require excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Package Hybrid working £30k - £33k Cash plan Bonus scheme Private medical care Pension Life Assurance 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Electric car scheme Responsibilities Act as a central point of contact for all Ocean Export activities, including shipment tracking, carrier communications, and supply chain coordination. Handle all necessary documents including invoices and bills of lading. Monitor and analyse data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Coordinate with various teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels. Communicate with carriers and logistics service providers to ensure compliance with transportation and delivery requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any logistics issues and provide timely solutions.
