Quantity Surveyor - Residential

Our client is looking for an eperienced Residential Quantity Surveyor to join the team on residential new build working on residential projects across the West Midlands 10 - 20million new build housing schemes.

Knowledge of subcontractors in and around the Shropshire / Wolverhampton areas would be a distinct advantage,

You will need to cover the following areas of commercial expertise:-

• Procurement of materials for the site
• Procurement of plant for site
• Procurement of all subcontractor packages for the site
• Tendering and analysis quotations accordingly
• Producing cost plans & detailed appraisals with betterment and monitoring monthly.
• Monitoring programme and cashflow
• Monthly valuations
• Agreeing and certifying sub-contract payment for works invoices to client

This role is an immediate and urgent requirement for the right candidate
