Property Manager

Job Description: Property Manager Ref (phone number removed) Location: Edgware, HA8 7JX Salary: £30,000 £35,000 per annum Hours: 08:45 – 18:00, Monday to Friday Bond Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the AST Management portfolio. Working closely with the Lettings Manager and a Junior Property Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing a diverse range of properties and ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties Handling rent collection, fee management, and contractor/client payments Coordinating reactive and proactive property maintenance Conducting quarterly property inspections Managing check ins, check outs, and deposit returns and disputes Maintaining health and safety certification, including gas safety, EICR, and EPC compliance Knowledge of S21 and S8 procedures Handling lettings administration tasks such as referencing, invoices, and tenancy agreements Undertaking various ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by management Qualifications and Experience Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in health and safety regulations Legal understanding of the property market Strong IT literacy Demonstrable customer service and management experience Willingness to work outside of standard office hours and weekends as needed Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and think on your feet in challenging situations Competence in working independently and as part of a team Good working knowledge of Alto software (desirable) Full UK driving license (desired but not essential) ARLA qualification (desired but not essential) If you possess the above qualifications and experience and are looking for an exciting opportunity in property management, please contact Sian Buckler at Bond Recruitment on (phone number removed) or with reference number (phone number removed).
