Trainee Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity to join a high volume, fast-paced, highly productive, telephone sales environment. My client is looking to offer an opportunity for someone who has a natural ability to enter the busy world of sales and thrive, after support and training. Location: Uxbridge - Initially working in the office and leading to a hybrid position. Salary: £30,000 (depending on experience) + commission (OTE £60k+)As the Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for: Managing inbound and outbound leads by using the CRM tool Achieving agreed sales revenue targets and outcomes Ensuring all inbound and outbound sales leads are professionally followed up Proactively generate new leads through encouraging existing prospects and customers to refer new potential customers Achieving agreed productivity targets and telesales statisticsThe successful Trainee Sales Executive will have the following related skills / experience: Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Highly motivated, self-driven Excellent prioritisation, time management and organisational skills Proven motivation to enter a sales environment
