Job DescriptionFire & Security Role: Are you a Small Works Project Engineer with experience of installing and commissioning various Life Safety systems?Paying up to £45kWhat can you expect as an employee: 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays increasing by 1 day per annum for every year’s service up to a maximum of 25 days per year.Company vehicle, mobile phone, PDA device and fuel cardLaptop, specialist tools, equipment, stock, uniform, and PPE supplied.The ideal candidate would have: Experience of installing and commissioning various Life Safety systems is essential:Fire alarmDisabled alarm and Disabled refugeEmergency LightingAny additional experience in the industry having undertaken both new and remedial installation works associated with the following would be beneficial but not essential:CCTVAccess ControlIntruder AlarmAbility to work safely and responsibly to avoid injury, damage, and loss to property and/or materials.Able to work closely with team members, ensuring time managed effectively, works are prioritised under own initiative.Previous experience working in a customer-based environment.Understanding of the need to complete correct documentation accurately for each job, in line with company and client procedure.Carry out surveys on customer premises when required.Hold a clean driving licence.MotivatedAbility to lift and climb ladders safely.About the role: This company is the largest independent fire and security company in the UK, with a large number of high-profile clients.
