Job Description Summary

Based at a prestigious location in the heart of the City’s historic Georgian Quarter, our company seeks an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in our thriving global community. In this position, you will be responsible for building relationships with current and prospective clients from both within and outside of our community.

In this role, you will be handling high volumes of client information which requires you to be skilled and highly proficient using the industry-leading CRM Hubspot. Completing CRM entries, researching prospects, collating information on schools, and creating profiles for team use and in our wider partner finder programmes.

You will be actively engaging with our platform membership to generate leads and appointments. Supporting them in their online project and partnership activities, building rapport, increasing numbers, attending our online events, and increasing enquiries.

In return, you will be provided with an uncapped commission structure that aligns with the trajectory of the business growth that we are experiencing, making this a very exciting role for experienced sales managers who can deliver high volumes of calls, presentations, and follow-ups along with the opportunity to make a huge impact to Students around the world.

Job Salary & Benefits

  • As Sales Manager, you will have a basic salary of £30,000 to £50,000k per annum + uncapped commission structure. We also offer other benefits:

Job Responsibilities

As our Sales Manager at our company, you will:

  • Grow customer base – in public and private schools throughout the UK.
  • Driving inbox leads into the sales funnel.
  • Setting appointments.
  • Delivering online calls and converting new school customers.
  • Generate and convert sales enquiries.
  • Lead the development of a professional sales and account management team.
  • Help improve the community knowledge of what we are all about at the GSA and how we can help their school develop global dimensions
  • Follow-up sales call with quote proposals based on expert recommendations.
  • Send reminder prompts at set sale funnel stages
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Be a central and compelling advocate of the brand, our customers, and customers’ experience both on and off-site.
  • Be conscious, accountable for, and supportive of the rest of the business in driving targeted YoY Growth and Revenue in all regions.

Job Requirements

Our ideal Sales Manager you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management position is essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Essential: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, mainly HubSpot. This is a high-volume role that requires the ability to manage and maintain deal flows in real-time.
  • Travel itinerary and camps Product design
  • Recruiting agents and promotion partners
  • Liaising with Education Bureaus
  • Account managing UK network of local partners
  • Receiving and managing enquiries, winning business from other competitors.
  • Using task management software: Monday.com.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, not afraid to ask for clarification.
  • Great planning, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Highly articulate in written and verbal communication.
  • Be able to effectively manage your time in a busy environment.
  • Work independently and actively seek resolutions to problems that may occur
  • Hardworking and persistent.
