HR Manager Manufacturing Melton Mowbray Office-based working Client Details PageGroup are delighted to support a successful manufacturing business based in Melton Mowbray with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a busy HR function. Due to the nature of this sector, this role is fully office based working. Description Reporting to a HR Director and overseeing a small HR function, the role of HR Manager will support with full end to end lifecycle at this busy manufacturing organisation. This will include but not limited to: Directing and overseeing all HR initiatives in alignment with the company's goals. Support the HR Director with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Dealing with a wide range of employee relations cases Supporting with recruitment Guide and advise stakeholder on HR policies and procedures Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Supervision of a small HR team.Profile Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Manager role. Alternatively, you maybe a proven HR Advisor/Senior Advisor looking for your first step into a HR Manager role. Job Offer Up to £45000 DOE
