Crionet is a cutting-edge company in the field of sports technology and media, leading in IT innovations related to Tennis and Padel. It is also specialized in system integration and the development of software/cloud platforms. Crionet has strengthened its position in the sports tech sector through the recent acquisitions of Eyes Vision, based in Trento, and LIGR , based in Sydney.

  • Live Graphics Systems (LIGR) is an innovative cloud platform for live sports with primary functions including the creation and automation of cloud graphics for broadcasters and streaming, automated highlights, and advertising.
  • Eyes Vision is an AI and Computer Vision company founded in 2016 in Trento (Italy), offering on-court and off-court technology services for tennis and padel, such as ball and player tracking, real-time technical statistics, line calling services, VAR, video clips, and automatic highlights.


We are looking for a Commercial Manager for the UK market.

 

As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of Crionet and its businesses. You will support the Chief Commercial Officer in strategic planning, effective client management, and identifying new revenue opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the renewal of current contracts, managing administrative tasks, and translating commercial terms into smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify growth opportunities within the sports tech landscape and support strategic planning with the CCO and CEO
  • Lead proposals and responses to RFPs and develop commercial bids and response collateral.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to draft, understand, and negotiate contracts.
  • Support major pitches and proposals
  • Build and maintain significant client relationships
  • Ensure regular communication with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
  • Drive new business across Crionet products, growing business leads to the point of closing.
  • Monitor contract status and contract timelines, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Contribute to managing the Crionet P/L, joining monthly revenue/cost calls, and handling all invoicing.
  • Maintain and update client information, sales activities, and relevant data in the CRM system.


Your Qualifications And Experience


  • Familiarity with the sports industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Financial understanding and ability to build business insights.
  • Good technical understanding of products and solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in developing engaging sales responses.
  • Additional languages spoken are a plus, preferably Italian, Spanish, or French.
