Human Resources Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a fresh challenge partnering within an IT/ Technology team.

Salary up to £80k + Benefits

2 days per week on-site, 3 from home - base location North Warwickshire

As HR Business Partner you will work closely with Heads of and Managers across your business area, advising and supporting around organisational design and change, managing more complex employee relations, performance management, coaching and development management capability and supporting the people agenda in relation to the business strategy.

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will have partnered with a technology/ IT area and have a proven track of developing strong stakeholder relations, and managing change.
