Senior Delegate Registration Manager - Global Life Science Events Remote (2 visits to office per month) £If you are a senior delegate manager with team management experience and a deep understanding of Cvent for complex pharma events get in touch! This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, predominantly in the healthcare and pharma sector, to deliver a range of events and experiences. From large scale congresses for 1000's to stand alone meetings for 500 delegates, with logistically complex elements they work worldwide in some fantastic destinations. Great new opportunity for a Senior Delegate Manager to join this lovely team where you will support the wider delivery of a range of life sciences events from a delegate reg perspective. Building complex websites using Cvent and utilising complex reporting for the client, within compliance regulations will also be key. We are looking for a strong and organised strategic thinker with extensive experience of delivering events in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors. You will be a super user on Cvent, with advanced Excel skills as a given as well as being client facing and unfazed by large scale data. Managing rooming/housing blocks and negotiating best rates is also key. A strong background in project delivery and ensuring key milestones and financial budgets are kept to for your own projects, as well as your team is essential.
