Commercial & Operational Administrator

Commercial & Operational Administrator 12 month contract UK remote (once/twice per month in office South of England). ROLE: Enable commercial/operational success and a great customer experience by seamlessly working in collaboration with the commercial and operational functions within Roche on administrative topics including but not limited to planning, scheduling, data review and preparation, reports, contract amendments and system change requests. You will achieve this through exceptional communication, collaboration, high level of attention to details, ruthless prioritisation and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Responsibilities: - Workload Management & Prioritisation, meeting deadlines through forward planning, assessment and triage. - Quality & Continuous Improvement, complete allocated activities to a high standard, working with large volumes of data, checking consistency of information, reporting and maintaining accuracy of records. Strive to improve ways of working. - Customer/Colleague experience, ensuring satisfaction from work produced and interactions with customers - Communication & Collaboration, clear communication and seamless collaboration with functions and customers CANDIDATE: A successful experience of administration in a business function (sales, business/market development) and/or high-volume office work, Ideally within Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare Experiences of adopting a customer centric approach. Experience with both business to business and consumer based customer service. Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com Please apply on Linkedin.
