Handyperson Location: Brighton Hourly rate: £15-19ph Type: Temporary, 3 weeks Start Date: Monday 2nd September 2024 Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week   Do you live in a or around the Brighton area?  Do you have experience as a handyperson or maintenance technician within a commercial environment? If so, then we have the role for you.   PRS are currently seeking a handyperson to do planned and reactive maintenance on a static site. The site is a commercial office space in Brighton. The role is Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. Handyperson Duties of the role will include:   Planned and reactive maintenance Emergency light testing Tap temperature testing General maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, basic electricals, painting and decorating, moving furniture etc Meeting with the clients regarding any remedial works. All health and safety issues   Person Specification The successful applicant will have experience in commercial maintenance. Ideally would have done emergency lighting testing Ideally have done tap temperature testing Be able to start on the 2nd September Be available for the full 3 weeks If the role is of interest please apply today
