Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior planners in managing planning applications, appeals, and strategic projects.
• Conducting research and preparing reports to inform planning decisions.
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Assisting in the preparation of site appraisals and feasibility studies.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and policy changes.

About You:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for urban planning and sustainable development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
