This is a front of house role working at a private residential building in which you will be active in being the first point of contact for all visitors and residents and thereby providing a visible presence as visitors approach the building. Whilst there will be some reception/administration duties the role predominantly is an active standing role to embrace activity at the front of the building. All applicants must be naturally service orientated, confident and engaging as well as vigilant and also essentially an excellent team player who will communicate with the rest of the team and line manager effectively in helping to manage day to day operations.
