We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. As a key player in our business transformation consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects that drive meaningful change across both public and private sector clients. From inception to completion, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure successful outcomes and benefits delivery and, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve impactful business outcomes.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Caja Ltd. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project tasks, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics management. The role involves ensuring efficient project delivery and coordination on-site in Keele.
Ideal Candidate
- Project management experience, ideally from a consultancy or transformation-focused environment.
- Experience working on projects in both the public and private sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and confident delivery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, juggling multiple priorities and projects.
