About the role: Are you a dedicated, passionate KS1 teacher ready to inspire young minds and make a lasting impact in an engaging school environment? As our new KS1 Teacher, you’ll play a key role in creating a dynamic and nurturing classroom environment that encourages active learning. You’ll also work closely with our SEN team to support children with varying needs, ensuring an inclusive experience for all. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. • Experience teaching KS1 or similar age groups. • A passion for inclusive education and well-being-centered learning. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum and our school’s values. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Support the personal development of each student by promoting well-being, empathy, and resilience. • Collaborate with SEN staff to meet the needs of students with additional support requirements. • Participate in outdoor learning activities and after-school programmes.
