About the role:
Are you a dedicated, passionate KS1 teacher ready to inspire young minds and make a lasting impact in an engaging school environment? As our new KS1 Teacher, you’ll play a key role in creating a dynamic and nurturing classroom environment that encourages active learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver innovative lessons, inspire curiosity, and build a strong foundation for our young learners. You’ll also work closely with our SEN team to support children with varying needs, ensuring an inclusive experience for all.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching KS1 or similar age groups.
• A passion for inclusive education and well-being-centered learning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum and our school’s values.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support the personal development of each student by promoting well-being, empathy, and resilience.
• Collaborate with SEN staff to meet the needs of students with additional support requirements.
• Participate in outdoor learning activities and after-school programmes.
