Our client contracts, events and weddings are truly breath-taking and we bring a vast wealth of experience to make every aspect of site design, landscaping, event creation and floral artistry, original and stunning.An exciting position has become available within the Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart Floristry team, we are looking for a Florist to support in our busy Wild at Heart shops.Job Title: Florist Reporting to: Store Manager
Hours: Full Time, 45 hours and to be occasionally available outside of these hours. Please note, you will be required to work on a rota pattern, covering full week from Monday to Sunday. 5 days a week, 9-hour shifts. Location: All Stores; Weighhouse Street, Liberty and The Island Job SpecificationConditioning of flowersAdvising customers in person, over the phone and via email with queries/flower suggestionsCreating beautiful arrangements and hand ties to WAH brand aesthetic and standardPackaging of flowers ensure a high standard of presentationStock rotation Daily paperwork e.g. end of day reportsDaily upkeep of the studio and shopsLiaising and booking internal and external couriers for customer deliveries Supporting head office staff with ad-hoc requests Requirements Retail experience Good seasonal flower knowledge and careStrong customer service experience Confident communicatorPlenty of stamina Ability to work independently and part of a teamEfficient, able to work to tight deadlinesCreative background preferable, but not essential Good phone mannersBenefitsIncentives for employee of the month50% employee discount Your Birthday off each year Career progression opportunities
