Production Engineer

Requerment:Main requirement is having experience in translating design information from drawings into SAP Material Master Data, Bills of Materials and Routings and preparing assembly instruction documents detailing the production process from design drawings and initial production builds.At least 3 years’ experience in Production, process, industrial engineering function.• Knowledge of ERP systems including, BOM’s, Routings, Master data.• An in-depth knowledge of TPM / Lean principles and the analysis of production processes (kaizen) and has come from a TPM / Lean embedded companyProficiencies• Essential: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Experience using ERP/MRP systems• Preferred: SAP, DDM (Design Data Manager), eQMS and AutoCAD.• Experience in CAPA and route cause analysis.World Class manufacturing and TPM experience• NVQ level 4, HNC or equivalent in Electro mechanical engineering.
