Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Apogee, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of a product portfolio in a sustainable way. You will manage existing products and lead new innovations aligned with business strategy, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Working closely with Sales, Product Training, and Marketing teams, the role will involve travel to optimise product launches and support sales efforts. Monitoring market dynamics, identifying opportunities, and mitigating threats for your product portfolio will be key responsibilities. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and channel strategies for assigned products and services. Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Define market requirements through research and customer interactions; drive product enhancements through partner relationships. Liaise with Sales to assess portfolio performance and refine marketing strategies. Lead cross-functional teams to implement go-to-market plans effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for product information and enquiries. Maintain an internal product library and provide competitive analysis to drive strategic decisions. Support Marketing in campaign launches and collateral development. Collaborate with Product Training to create toolkits and initiatives for maximum impact
