This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of the department, ensuring that all tasks related to tenders and job packs are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.Duties

• Logging new tenders onto the internal system.
• Correctly saving work information into the standard file structure.
• Identifying re-pricing opportunities for previously submitted quotations and logging them accordingly.
• Coordinating and ensuring all necessary information is provided for Estimators to create accurate and cost-effective quotations.
• Sending thank you emails confirming receipt of tenders and submission dates.
• Learning and following the tendering process to assist the team effectively.
• Sourcing quotations from subcontractors, material suppliers, and specialist plant providers.
• Developing and implementing essential data for the department.
• Preparing and printing job packs for the Operational team.
