As a maintenance Technician you will be primarily focused on ensuring effective resolution of maintenance problems as they arise in line with the business' preventative maintenance plan including fault finding and breakdown repairs. Duties will include Ensure Equipment is properly set up and maintained, monitoring performance and carrying out fault diagnosis and running adjustments/repairs as required Ensuring all engineering maintenance work is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation. Repair production equipment to current Company standards to optimize performance of production machinery and ancillary equipment. Plan for and assist with the installation of new or relocated machinery / equipment Maintain accurate and organised records of your work, both written and electronic What you'll need At least 5 years' experience in a mechanical or electrical hands-on maintenance role An approved apprenticeship with relevant level 3 Mechanical/Electrical or Engineering Qualification Experience in problem-solving and rectification on a variety of equipment/machinery Understanding of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Experience of fault-finding using wiring diagrams Knowledge of electro/mechanical equipment A full, valid driving licence What we hope you do next; Contact Darren McVicker to discuss this in absolute confidence or send an updated CV via the link on the page.
