We cannot wait to hear from you.The role profile has more details about the role, but your responsibilities will include:Leading the development and execution of a strategic communications plan to support our organization's goals and enhance our public image.Building and maintaining relationships with community groups, media outlets, and other key stakeholders.Overseeing the creation and dissemination of engaging content across various platforms, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and the website.Managing a team to deliver effective communication and engagementIf you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role that has a real impact on our community, we would welcome your application.The successful applicant will need to undertake a Basic Disclosure & Barring Service Check.Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.Although the role is advertised as full time, if you believe you have the skills and experience to join us and would like to discuss different working patterns, please do get in touch. Contract: PermanentSalary: £53,679 - £59,672 (City Pay Band 9)Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home.
