Contract AdministratorThe IN GroupCity of London, HybridCompetitive basic salaryThe RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team in the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration and contractor compliance, ensuring that all client and candidate agreements are accurately processed and maintained in accordance with legal and regulatory standards. This role is pivotal in supporting the wider contracts team and in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our recruitment operations, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.Skills & Experience:Previous experience within an administration positionIdeally you will have experience in working for a recruitment agency, although this is not necessary Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in contract management software, CRM and MS Office Suite.Ability to analyse information and make sound decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agile prioritisation of tasksAttributes:High level of integrity and ethical standards.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Responsibilities:Contract Management: Draft, review, approve and finalise client and candidate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.Contractor Onboarding: Collate relevant documentation, monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including data protection, employment laws, and industry standards supporting both standard and enhanced process requirements.Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all contracts, compliance documents, and related correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.Client and Candidate Liaison: Serve as point of contact for contract-related inquiries and compliance issues, providing prompt and accurate information to clients, candidates, and internal teams.Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of contracts and compliance processes, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.General Administration: Review and approve placements using the CRM system, support Head of Contracts with ad-hoc data requests and project support.What you will get from us:A fun, supportive, caring, collaborative environmentChristmas close without using your annual leave - time for you to spend with your loved ones!4.5 day work week with 12pm finish on a Friday.Competitive salaryFlexible working, we follow a hybrid model of 2 days in the officeHigh achievers rewards, family days, various weekly, quarterly, yearly fun events, fun ThursdaysOpportunity to get involved in different communities in the business like, our Wellness committee and DEI committeeWe have a generous referral scheme for talent you recommend to usWe offer free private healthcare via Vitality, eye tests, discounted gym memberships and moreWellbeing and Engagement committeeWe love to give back - last year we raised £92,000 for charity through our Big Investigo Give initiativePlease don't hesitate to let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments to be made for any part of our recruitment process.
