What We Ask of You: Passion for Cooking : A genuine love for creating the highest quality food using the best ingredients. Proven Experience : Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-quality, high-volume gastropubs or restaurants. Branded experience would be a bonus. Organised and Communicative : Strong organisational skills and excellent communication. Charismatic : You'll be the beating heart of the team, liaising with the Executive and Operations Chef, mentoring junior Chefs and motivating everyone in between.
