About our client:
My client is a UK based, nationwide fit-out and refurbishment company who specialize in commercial and Industrial business interiors, from conceptual design and feasibility studies through to full interior construction and client migration.
About the Role:
The Sales Account Manager will:
Work with existing customer base as well as new business contacts identify commercial opportunities, develop the opportunities working with the wider part of the team to point of order
Use their Business Management System (BMS), follow project and sales related procedures and ensure that sales and associated project data is saved as per policy to their project folder system.
Use their Multi Project Costing software, closely monitor the commercial progress of your projects.
Focus on opportunities that will help you achieve your profit target
Work with their supply chain / sub-contractor base to deliver projects, safely, to high standards without exceeding budget.
During the delivery phase, actively manage the project delivery team to achieve:
Profit
Health and Safety
Quality
Budget
Update the client CRM to provide accurate invoice forecasting and report potential orders/project opportunitiesAbout the Account Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience in Sales Account Management
Experience generating quotes and tenders for projects
Should be a team player with an enthusiastic and positive approachPoints of appeal:
Working hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
A remote position, though occasional travel to branch offices may be required as needed
