The practice is growing it's team with a Senior interior designer who have strong Revit expertise to contribute to their award-winning commercial workplace projects, including exciting pitches. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field Portfolio for commercial workplace projects Experience meeting with clients to understand their objectives and desires, translating them into functional and creative designs Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to meet project needs Ability to prepare compelling presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) to visually communicate design concepts to clients Advanced proficiency in producing detailed documentation in Revit and softwares like AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe CS Demonstrated ability to deliver projects across a range of scales and budgets, both on-site and off-site Strong understanding of building regulations and RIBA stages Knowledgeable about product design, materials, and finishes, with a forward-thinking approach
