Senior Project Manager - Life & Pensions (Digital Channels & Sales Journeys)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects that enhance our digital channels, improve sales journeys, and introduce new products and payment methods. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to digital transformation , sales journey optimisation , and the introduction of new products and payment methods . Work cross-functionally with business, IT, marketing, and sales teams to drive successful project outcomes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer experience. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders regarding digital trends and innovations within the Life and Pensions sector. Act as a key interface between senior stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Utilize project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to ensure effective planning, execution, and risk management. Key Skills & Experience : Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the Life and Pensions industry, ideally with exposure to digital channels, customer sales journeys, and new product launches. Strong track record of leading digital transformation projects and implementing new payment methods. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience working in an Agile and/or Waterfall environment, with a deep understanding of project governance. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2 , PMP , or Agile certifications are a plus.
