You will be joining a truly special and supportive working environment with staff development and progression being a real focus.The Role We’re looking for a Principal Delivery Lead with Digital project experience to join our Transformation team in their UK Insurance business. This role is accountable for driving delivery of large complex change initiatives spanning multiple simultaneous & connected deliveries, utilising the appropriate identified delivery methodology (e.g. agile). You will be working with business leads and business stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver the defined outcomes in line with business & performance unit strategies.Leadership of the planning, shaping and management of large complex Digital change initiativesLead delivery teams in a matrix approach, negotiating and influencing with resource managersPartner with Heads of Change & Transformation DeliverySupport change across multiple teams and varying team maturities and methodologies, using different methods and data points.Act as Agile Release Train Engineer / Scrum MasterEnsure high quality relationships with Executive SponsorsEncourage effective working relationships with colleagues across the company and with third parties to gain their commitment, support, and resource to deliver project work.Determine when necessary to escalate to the Delivery HubManage complex supplier relationshipsEngage with senior stakeholdersKey Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:Senior Delivery Lead professional, well-rounded in variety of corporate projects (Digital and Customer)Agile project management expertise essentialPrevious experience of managing large-scale Digital projectsTrack record of partnering with Product / IT teamsContinuous Improvement backlog management experienceExcellent stakeholder management skills - gravitas to present at Board levelTenacious approach to problem solvingHighly proficient in risk, resource, and cost/benefit managementStrong negotiating and influencing skillsKnowledge of the healthcare Insurance market is advantageous, not essentialBenefitsThe benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
