Role: Senior Surveyor or Associate Director – Commercial ValuationSalary: £40,000 - £60,000 plus package and targeted commission structureLocation: Worcestershire/Warwickshire/Cotswolds – Hybrid workingFull and part-time/reduced hours consideredWe are working in partnership with a leading general practice consultancy firm who are looking to make a key appointment within their Valuation team. The business has a long standing and loyal client base with an interesting and varying valuation case load. Person specification: MRICS qualified / Registered Valuer – essentialExperience in secured lending valuation workMarket facing, good client management skillsAbility to manage and prioritise workloadThe roleCarrying out a variety of Valuation and consultancy work on behalf of banks, private investors, debt providers and developers.Instructions include commercial loan security reports, valuations for accounting purposes, asset valuations and valuation / appraisal work for residential development schemes and build stock.
