Position: Senior Bid DesignerJob level : Associate DirectorContract: 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract, possibility to move perm.FTE: 55kLocation: London (hybrid model)I’m currently partnered with a European Commercial Real Estate firm, in the search for a Senior Bid Designer. Reporting into the Head of Creative, you will support the running of the studio between their UK marketing and communication department.This role is to support new business, through material creation that brings the brands to life in both the form of digital and print.This role, will be collaborating with the rest of the marketing and business teams, to design and deliver engaging content, driving brand awareness, bids and pitching.Alongside a strong background in print, you will also be strong in digital design (animation, web, and video).Day to day:Involved in the creation of visually appealing graphics for a variety of bids, tender presentations, and other materials for the Bids & Pitching team.Branding and promotional materials designed specifically for clientsAs the main point of contact with the Bid Management team, taking briefs and executing requests in accordance with approved guidelines and procedures.Manage and create a wide range of document and presentation templates.Managing the outsourcing of bid documents to suppliers as required.Achieving deadlines and budgets by keeping clients informed at all stages of the project.Develop business graphics using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and other design applicationsAssuring all design work is in compliance with our brand guidelines and communicates our messaging clearly.Photo management, including retouching and arranging photo shoots as needed for employee photographs.Maintaining design work archiving system.Experience with studios and bidsSkills:A solid understanding of the technologies and software used in creative mediaAn excellent understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and AI) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Animate, AfterEffects, and Premiere).Proven ability in design and printingAn eye for detail and accuracyAbility to explain technical design issues to non-technical stakeholdersA good understanding of project managementAn organized, assertive, and confident individualSelf-motivated and capable of working independently.
