The Role:
We are seeking Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultants with expertise in Technology and Business Transformation recruitment to join our collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage our established client base and work alongside seasoned professionals on a dual desk, while expanding your market knowledge.
In this role you will:
- Leverage your network and expertise: Source and place high-calibre candidates within Financial Services or Professional Services markets, maintaining a strong focus on client requirements and candidate fit.
- Foster strong client relationships: Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Drive business development: Expand our client base and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely: Work with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless recruitment processes and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Engage proactively: Utilize our extensive candidate network to effectively match talent with client needs, driving successful placements and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in 360 Technology and/or Business Transformation recruitment, ideally within Financial Services or Consulting markets. We are also interested in individuals with experience in Risk, Compliance, HR, or Operations within these markets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients and candidates effectively.
- Motivated self-starter with a desire to contribute to team success and drive personal growth.
