Job Title: Estimator Location: Dartford, Kent Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + package (dependent on experience) Overview: 4Site Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor, with a turnover exceeding £2 billion annually. This leading contractor is renowned for delivering high-profile projects across sectors such as government, MOD, education, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities: * Produce detailed cost estimates for large government contracts * Evaluate tender documents, ensuring compliance * Engage with project teams and stakeholders to provide accurate costings * Stay updated on market trends and pricing * Support procurement processes and negotiations Requirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry * Knowledge of government, MOD, education, or healthcare projects * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Proficiency in construction estimating software Benefits: * Competitive salary up to £65,000 * Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, pension, and bonuses
