My client is looking for an individual who is passionate about aviation and excited to become part of a team managing aircraft across the UK in a variety of operation types. The CAMO Engineer will report to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager. Main Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day activities of the Part M/Part CAMO Department including: •Liaise with internal and external operators and MRO’s to effectively plan maintenance. •Forecasting and maintenance planning •Periodic review of maintenance programs •Load and Bridge aircraft onto the companies tracking system and AMP’s. •Monitor, Assess and Track all relevant ADs/SBs and Modifications •Proactive approach anticipating upcoming maintenance orders •Maintaining aircraft records •Obtaining and updating maintenance data •Provide regular fleet flight hour analysis •Monitoring the operating times of aircraft and their components •Assist with ARC preparation and C of A/Export C of A’s. •Review and write internal procedures •Other reasonable tasks as required by the CAM The candidate would ideally have the following Knowledge and Skills: •Previous experience in continuing airworthiness management organisation role •Recognised Part CAMO Training Course. •Experience dealing with various regulators such as FAA, Isle of Man, 2-Reg and Cayman Islands. •Rotary experience and/or Gen Fam Courses •Previous experience using Aerotrac •Problem-solving & good decision making skills •Detail orientated and well organised •Self-motivated - able to work without supervision and as part of a team •A good command of written and spoken English •IT pro?cient Minimum Education, Qualifications or special training: •Minimum 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above or equivalent recognised qualifications (e.g. NVQ, BTEC). •Degree or equivalent in an aviation related area •Human factors and SMS training
